HK Ballet Outing
A select group of students from the current / previous Performance on Stage Groups attended the Nutcracker by the Hong Kong ballet. The students were amazed by the beautiful background sets and music. Along with the exquisite ballet dancing, this ballet featured many elements of Hong Kong Chinese culture such as the Ocean Park panda twins, the Star ferry, Cheung Chau's Bun Festival, dim sum, Hong Kongs Bauhinia flower, traditional Chinese clothing and more!
The students enjoyed having an event off campus where they could spend time together and experience a special form of art & culture. Prior to the show, students attended a briefing session and made their own little nutcracker ornaments to keep as a souvenir!
